Lanzhou University Western Environmental Frontier Academic Report (2023-5)

At the invitation of Professor Dong Guanghui from the College of Earth and Environmental Sciences of Lanzhou University and the Key Laboratory of Western Environment of the Ministry of Education, Researcher Liu Ruiliang from the British Museum will visit our university and give a lecture on 6 April 2023. All teachers and students are welcome to attend!

Speaker Introduction:

Liu Ruiliang, Ph.D., researcher, director of the Early Chinese Collections in the Asian Department of the British Museum, UK, doctoral supervisor of the Department of Archaeology, University of Oxford, and one of the leaders of the European Union RC-Synergy Horse Power Project. He mainly engages in metallurgical archaeology, carbon dating, and other fields. He has published over seventy articles in English and Chinese, organized symposia in international journals such as Science China: Earth Sciences, The Holocene and Archaeometry, and served as a reviewer for National Science Foundation and Postdoctoral Research Foundation in the US, UK, and Poland.
