At the invitation of Professor Nie Junsheng of the College of Earth and Environmental Sciences, Lanzhou University and the Key Laboratory of Western China’s Environmental Systems, Ministry of Education, China, Research Fellow Yang Yibo of the Institute of Tibetan Plateau Research Chinese Academy of Sciences will make an academic report. Lecturer profile

Yang Yibo, research fellow and master supervisor of the Institute of Tibetan Plateau Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences,. His research work mainly focuses on revealing the uplift, denudation, and weathering, environmental change, and its relationship with global change of the northern Tibetan Plateau by geochemical methods. In 2008, he graduated from Lanzhou University with a bachelor's degree in geochemistry, and in 2014, he graduated from the Institute of Tibetan Plateau Research Chinese Academy of Sciences with a doctor's degree in physical geography. From 2014 to 2017, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Institute of Tibetan Plateau Research Chinese Academy of Sciences and petrology and geochemistry center of Centre national de la recherche scientifique. As the first/corresponding author, he published 20 SCI papers in EPSLGCAChemical GeologyPaleoceanography and Paleoclimatology, and other journals, and presided over the first and special postdoctoral funded projects, a youth project and a general project of NSFC.
