At the invitation of Professor Huang Xiaozhong from the Key Laboratory of Western China’s Environmental Systems (Ministry of Education), College of Earth and Environmental Sciences, Lanzhou University, Li Xingyuan,a postdoctor of Sun Yat-sen University, came to our university for a visit on April 6th and gave an academic report. Lecturer profile
Dr. Li Xingyuan received his bachelor's degree from China University of Mining and Technology in 2011. From 2011 to 2017, he studied at Sun Yat-sen University for his master's and doctoral degree. From 2015 to 2017, he was a joint PhD of China - Canada supported by CSC. After graduation, he worked as a postdoctor at University of Regina in Canada and Sun Yat-sen University (March 2018 to now). His main research interests are trace element geochemistry and key zone science. In the past three years, his achievements have been published in AG, Ore Geology Reviews, Chemosphere and so on. Among them, 11 papers were published as the first author and 1 as an independent corresponding author. He is in charge of several scientific research projects, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China for the Youth, General Program of Science and Technology Foundation of Guangdong Province and the Young Teacher Training Program of Sun Yat-sen University.
