Rapporteur Profile:
Chao Ye, a Young Changjiang Scholar of the Ministry of Education, a Shanghai Shuguang Scholar, a professor at the College of Geographical Sciences of East China Normal University, a doctoral supervisor, and the chief expert of major projects of the National Social Science Foundation. He is the editor-in-chief of the Encyclopedia of Chinese Geography Volume - History of Geography, a member of the National Expert Committee on Grassroots Power Building and Community Governance, an invited editorial board member of Science Bulletin and Science Bulletin, and an editorial board member ofLand, Geographical Sciences, World Geographical Studies, Tropical Geography, and other journals. He is engaged in teaching and research related to urbanization and urban-rural governance, cultural geography, sustainable science, and geographical thought. He has published hundreds of papers in Science Bulletin, Habitat International, Journal of Rural Studies, Land Use Policy, Journal of Geography, Reading, and other core journals at home and abroad, and 16 papers have been reproduced in the NPC copy materials. More than 30 consultancy reports have been approved and adopted by the central and provincial departments. His works have been selected as one of the "Three Hundred" original projects of China, and have won the second prize in the 13th Shanghai Outstanding Achievement in Philosophy and Social Science, the second prize of the Shanghai Decision-making and Consulting Achievement Award, and the 13th National Youth Award of Geography and Science.
