At the invitation of Ma Xuanlong and Li Xiaoying from the College of Earth and Environmental Sciences, Lanzhou University, Dr. Yang Yongmin, senior engineer ofChina Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research, gave an academic report to the students of our university and had an academic exchange after the meeting.
Title: Data product development of remote sensing key water information: method and application of the model
Time: June 25, 10:30 a.m.
Site: Lecture room 1615, Guanyun Building, Lanzhou University
Lecturer profile:
Yang Yongmin, PhD, senior engineer, works in the Disaster Reduction Center of China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research, He is mainly engaged in remote sensing hydrological elements inversion and land surface hydrological model simulation. He has presided over and completed a number of national and provincial projects. He has published more than 30 papers in domestic and international journals, including more than 20 SCI / EI retrieval papers. He has won 8 utility model and invention patents, 1 provincial first prize and 1 second prize. In terms of innovative achievements, He developed a set of surface evapotranspiration model (ETEML) method with physical mechanism, built a regional drought monitoring system based on satellite remote sensing and land surface hydrological model, and proposed a rapid dynamic extraction method and system of regional water body combined with optics and radar.
